終戦記念日The war memorial day
お盆の休日、自分は休日は好きですが、
お盆休みとは正月休日とは違ってめでたさもなく、
終戦記念日、そして北方領土問題がクローズアップ
されるのが通例、浮かれた雰囲気の休日には
ならないのもですね。

色丹島（しこたんとう）、歯舞群島（はぼまいぐんとう）の占領を行った。・・・

色丹島（しこたんとう）、歯舞群島（はぼまいぐんとう）の領土問題は
それであり、勝利国の業の行使の結果問題なのだ。
その問題が敗戦国が得る「苦しみに眠れぬ夜」というものである。
こうした争いの業が自らを殺す者を得るという業をいう。
そしてそうした業が満ちることを悪が実るという。
つまり、庶民が望む世界平和思考とはまったく逆の世界なのだよ。
結局、今は争いを望まない人々の思いがあっても、これからの
時代が戦争の悲惨さを忘れるときがやがて訪れるだろう。
そうした時にに過去のように戦いに戦利を求める人々が世界を動かす
、時代もくるかも知れない。そうした不幸な時代が来るのを
事前に防ぐには日本やロシアは平和条約が結ばれることに努力すること
それは、日ソの問題に関わらず世界中の紛争問題にいえることなの
だよ、新之助。それは新之助のようなこれからの若者たちも頑張らなければ
ならない問題でもあるのだよ。

In other words, it is the world which is opposite completely to the world peace consideration which the citizen wants.
After all, even if there is a thought of the people who don't want conflict now, the time to forget the misery of the war will come finally in future times.
It may reel in the times when the people who look for the fight profit in the battle like the boiling past when being so move the world, too.

To prevent beforehand, thing it which makes an effort for peace's being concluded is that it is possible to say to the all over the world dispute problem regardless of the problem of Japan and the Soviet Union and Japan and Russia are Shinnosuke.
